For 22 years it has been a tradition for our member councils, to not only support us as KC Help Volunteers, but also their Councils raise funds for financial support. The KC Help program would not exist without these faithful Councils strong support of this mission. Individually, we can do no great things, but collectively our efforts are multiplied tremendously.
Our special thanks to the Grand Knights, Leoneo Castellano (Council 8179), Roger Wills (Council 10563), Ken Thompson (Council 1620), , and Charles Genack (Council 3307) for their Councils continued support of KC Help. Their combined financial support this year was $4,780 dollars.
Some Councils put on fundraisers and other Councils generated their support through the Annual Tootsie Roll program for special needs youth and disabled. The ARC of the Tri Cities and Children’s Development Center as well as Special Olympics also were this year’s recipients. A special shout out to those in our community that donated their spare change and dollars. It is amazing how just a few dollars from many caring people multiply!
